Description

  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, components, and modules.
  • Expertise in health and safety module in servicenow.
  • Proficiency in servicenow scripting (javascript, glidescript).
  • Experience with servicenow development, including business rules, client scripts, ui policies, ui actions, script includes, and acls.
  • Expert knowledge and expertise of integration techniques such as rest, soap, and jdbc.
  • Experience with integration tools like mid server and integration hub.
  • Ability to design and implement complex integrations with other systems.
  • Understanding of cmdb (configuration management database) and csdm (common service data model).
  • Experience with itom (it operations management) modules like discovery, event management, service mapping, and orchestration.
  • Experience in building custom applications using servicenow�s application platform.
  • Proficiency in html, css, and angularjs for service portal and ui customization.
  • Knowledge of performance tuning, optimization, and best practices for scalable solutions.
  • Ability to align servicenow solutions with business goals and it strategy.
  • Experience in creating roadmaps, governance frameworks, and best practices
