Description

  • ServiceNow Core Applications Customization with ITSM modules (such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Requests, Knowledge, Asset Management, CMDB, Discovery, Service Portal, Orchestration, Reports)
  • ServiceNow Data Model & Relationships
  • ITIL Processes, Domain Separation
  • Develop Service Oriented Architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, JAXWS, HTTPS, REST)
  • Develop software solutions using XML, HTML, AJAX, Jelly, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap & AngularJS frameworks, JDBC, SQL
  • Should have strong experience in Enterprise lifecycle of Software Asset.
  • Conduct unit and integration testing
