· Workflow & Automation: Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Scheduled Jobs.
· Integration Knowledge: Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs for integrating ServiceNow with other systems.
· Reporting & Dashboards: Ability to create and manage reports, performance analytics, and dashboards.
· Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve platform issues efficiently.
