Key Responsibilities ·
ITSM Module –
Develop and configure Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management modules. –
Implement Problem Management features such as inactivity monitors, notifications, and RCA workflows. –
Build Change Management workflows including CAB approvals and risk calculators. –
Configure CMDB data models and health dashboards. –
Develop Service Catalog items for onboarding, transfers, and terminations. –
Ensure UI consistency across native and workspace views. Key Responsibilities ·
IGA Module - Build and test JML workflows for identity provisioning and deprovisioning. –
Integrate with Active Directory, M365, and disconnected systems using APIs. –
Implement RBAC logic and birthright access provisioning. –
Develop automated test scripts (ATF) for access workflows. –
Configure reporting and logging for audit and compliance tracking.
Qualifications & Experience –
5+ years of ServiceNow development experience. –
Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, GlideRecord, Flow Designer. –
Experience with IGA workflows and access governance. –
Familiarity with PowerShell, M365, and Active Directory. –
Experience with ServiceNow ATF, UI Policies, and Business Rules.
Certifications –
Required: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD) –
Preferred: Certified Implementation Specialist · ITSM –
Desirable: Certifications in IAM/IGA platforms, ITIL v4 Foundatio
