ServiceNow Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of overall experience and a strong background in IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), workflows, and JavaScript. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
Implement ITAM and ITOM processes and workflows.
Write and maintain JavaScript code for ServiceNow applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:

5+ years of overall experience in software development.
Strong expertise in ITAM, ITOM, workflows, and JavaScript.
Experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Administrator.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
