Description

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to execute the ServiceNow product backlog.
  • Implement minor and major system enhancements as required.
  • Assist in generating and analyzing metrics to assess application performance.
  • Provide support for service requests and resolve escalated L2-L4 incidents.
  • Maintain and enhance the reliability of the CSM module.
  • Participate in follow-up calls and address urgent requests across LATAM and/or ANZ time zones
