Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • ServiceNow Development:
    • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules.
    • Customize ServiceNow platform to meet organizational needs.
    • Create and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
  • Administration:
    • Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform, including user roles, access controls, and permissions.
    • Monitor system performance and ensure reliability, security, and scalability.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow.
  • Integration:
    • Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
    • Implement and manage orchestration workflows to automate processes.
  • User Support and Training:
    • Provide support and guidance to users, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions.
    • Conduct training sessions and create documentation for users and technical staff.
  • Best Practices and Governance:
    • Ensure adherence to best practices in ServiceNow development and administration.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer and Administrator.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, etc.).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP) and orchestration.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Developer certifications are preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
