Job Description
Task Description: Skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer, responsible for configuring and developing on the ServiceNow platform, including implementing and customizing modules, workflows, integrations, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
• Years of experience: 3-5 years
• ‘Must have’ skillset:
o Strong experience in ServiceNow development, including scripting in JavaScript, Glide, and other related languages.
o Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
o Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
o Develop workflows, forms, and scripts to automate processes within ServiceNow.
o Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other integration tools.
o Strong experience in software testing, including both manual and automated testing.
o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Strong attention to detail and a passion for ensuring software quality.
o Effective communication and collaboration skills.
