Responsibilities:

·         Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, with a focus on Service Catalog and API integrations.

·         Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions align with business needs.

·         Design and implement custom workflows, scripts, and automation within the ServiceNow platform.

·         Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs.

·         Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.

·         Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment

·         Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other team members.

·         Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends
