Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) and REST API integrations to join our onsite team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications with a strong focus on the HRSD module, while also building and supporting integrations with external systems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain ServiceNow HRSD modules including Case Management, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle Events.
Design and implement integrations using REST APIs to connect ServiceNow with third-party platforms.
Customize and configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and other ServiceNow components.
Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business needs.
Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Support platform upgrades and patching, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality and integrations.
Adhere to ServiceNow development best practices and security standards.


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
Minimum 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow HRSD module.
Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, and web services integration in ServiceNow.
Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (server-side and client-side).
Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and platform capabilities.
Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Scoped Applications.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Experience with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM) is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Prior experience working in large enterprise environments, especially in HR/People Tech.
