Module Experience: 
Ø Incident Management Module.
Ø Problem Management Module
Ø Change Management Module
Ø Asset Management Module
Ø Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Module
Ø Service Catalog Module
Ø Service Level Management Module
Ø Knowledge Management Module
·        Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow development, particularly with configurations
·        Develop, test, and debug scripts using JavaScript and other relevant technologies.
·        Document integration processes, including design, configuration, and customization details.
·        Provide technical support and maintenance for existing configurations
·        Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
·        Proficient in JavaScript, REST APIs, SOAP, and other relevant technologies.
·        Strong understanding of ITIL and service management processes.
·        Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
·        ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or similar certification is a plus
