Description

JD:

  • ServiceNow CSA certification required.
  • Hands on experience on SNOW ITSM & HRSD.
  • Experience on ServiceNow Integrations Spoke e.g.: Workday.
  • Experience in building custom application in ServiceNow.
  • Basic understanding of SNOW HR case management.
  • Basic understanding of SNOW onboarding, offboarding, internal transfer capabilities
  • Virtual agent understanding (nice to have).

Agile lifecycle development/delivery experience, specifically scrum team experience.
