ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform. You will work on a variety of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CSM, integrate with other business systems, and enhance workflows and automation to improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications (e.g., Incident, Change, and Problem Management).
Create workflows, forms, and user interfaces.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via APIs and web services.
Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and provide technical support.
Build reports, dashboards, and automation scripts.
Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to deliver successful solutions.
Stay current with ServiceNow features, best practices, and security standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
Strong knowledge of ITIL, ServiceNow modules, and scripting languages (JavaScript, Jelly, AngularJS).
Experience with integrations, workflow automation, and cloud technologies (e.g., Azure).
Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability.
Preferred Experience:
Knowledge of water/wastewater industry and Oracle utility applications.
