ServiceNow Developer

Seeking qualified ServiceNow Developer with Master's in IT or CS or Related field and 6 months of work experience to Configure and develop the ServiceNow platform based on business requirements. Responsible for maintaining and performing continual service improvements on the following implemented modules: ITSM, ITFM, HRSD, ITOM, PPM, and SPM. Work with product owners/stakeholders to build requested items and tasks using workflows to manage processes and meet business requirements. Partner with the ServiceNow Architect and business analysts to transform ServiceNow business requirements into a viable solution. Document and maintain functional business requirements, process flows, and business use cases. Implements integrations with other systems/applications using API, Integration Hub, and other integration methods. Manage Update Set creation and migration. Performs code promotion between environments, following the IT Change Management process. Perform unit testing prior to turning the solution over for User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Configure and maintain data integrations between ServiceNow and other systems. Design/ Develop ServiceNow Forms and Tables as well as Modules. Develop Workflow / Flow Design where required to drive Approvals and Process Lifecycle. Design, create, and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Scripts, and ACLs including advanced scripting of each (including CMS/Service Portal). Design, create, and configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc. in ServiceNow. Occasional travel to unanticipated client-site locations within USA may be required as a roving employee
