Required:
Proven work experience with ServiceNow development and/or administration Required 6 Years
Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor using functionality such as Scheduled Script Executions (Scheduled Jobs) Required 5 Years
Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor such as notifications and reporting Required 5 Years
Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM) Required 5 Years
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or application developer (CAD) Required 5 Years
Extensive knowledge of JavaScript and other web development tools and techniques like HTML, CSS, XML, SQL, and AJAX for building user interfaces. Required 3 Years
Experience building and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems leveraging REST, SOAP, and other APIs Required 3 Years
Ability to develop relationships/partnerships with customer by responding to needs and exhibiting a sense of urgency; independently identify options. Required 5 Years
Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow complex and/or detailed technical procedures. Required 5 Years
Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and best practices is beneficial Highly desired 3 Years
Familiarity with ServiceNow's Glide scripts Highly desired 3 Years
Experience designing and/or developing dashboards using Power BI Highly desired 4 Years
Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) development Highly desired 3 Years
Knowledgeable in DevOps practices and Shift Left testing Highly desired 2 Years
