Responsibilities:-
ServiceNow Developer
Should have 4-5 years of working experience in ServiceNow
Good Communication and presentation skills, Client handling.
•   Java Scripting knowledge and hands on experience on it.
•   Hands-on with ITIL Process implementation.
•   Service-now for custom Application Design & Development.
•   Hands-on technical delivery including required documentation of cost-effective Service-now solutions, Ability to create and Modify Workflows.
•   Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform.
•   Hands-on migrating data from different tools into ServiceNow.
•   Good at creating required information for Reporting and Dashboards
•   Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes.
•   Should have good integration experience using either one of the following – REST / SOAP / API / Web services

Technical Expertise:-
Should have worked on Event management and Monitoring tools integrations
Should have experience on Health Log Analysis in ServiceNow
Knowledge on HLA features and building code to convert the HLA events to alert in correct structure format.
Knowledge in ITOM, CSDM implementation
ServiceNow Server side scripting skills
Integrations with Elk and Kafka for HLA
Knowledge on Event management for Building correlations
Knowledge on Discovery
Knowledge on infra codes like power shell, shell, python
Knowledge on Service map development
Building custom Patterns in ServiceNow for Discovery
Building/ customizing pattern for building automated service maps.
Knowledge on setting up CSDM for client.
