Involve in client meetings, analyzing technical development requirements, provide updates day to day development activities & Bi-weekly Demo’s with client side officials, Create ServiceNow solutions for clients using JavaScript, Web Services, REST, SOAP, MYSQL, CSS, HTML , Configure and maintain ServiceNow Discovery, Integrate ServiceNow applications with third party systems using RESTful web services, Create Service Portals & custom Workspace(s) for End Users, create data fix scripts for data corruption issues and performing Root Cause Analysis, Deploy solutions in Test and Production environments , On call and On demand Issue handling from Production Environment. Bachelor Degree In Technology or Computer Science or Related Field with Relevant Industry Experiences
