Job Description:

We are actively hiring experienced ServiceNow Developers for a long-term remote opportunity. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of professional experience with strong technical and functional knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.

 

8–10 years of ServiceNow development experience

Strong experience with ITSM, ITIL, and ITOM

Proficient in JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP integrations

Build workflows, integrations, and automations using ServiceNow Studio and Flow Designer

Experience with ServiceNow modules like Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB

Familiarity with ServiceNow upgrade and patch processes

Certifications:

ITSM Certification

ITIL Foundation Certification

  • ITOM Certification (preferred)
