Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage multiple projects' design, development, and implementation.
• Design, implement, Lead, and manage the overall architecture and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform.
• Conduct workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor teams to deliver high-quality ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
• Participate in proposal work with activities such as estimations and technical solutions
• Establish governance processes and best practices for platform development and administration.
• Troubleshoot critical issues and manage upgrades while minimizing downtime.
Skills and Qualifications:
• 8 Years + ServiceNow Experience
• Strong programming and technical expertise, including advanced scripting and platform development.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.
• Deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM, is necessary. Or at least any two product experiences (ITSM+ITOM or ITAM + ITOM or ITSM + ITAM)
• Additional product experience in HRSD, SPM, GRC, SECOPS, and custom applications are added value
• Hands-on experience in solution architecture and design across multiple ServiceNow modules.
• Proficient in ServiceNow scripting, configuration, and workflow automation.
• Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
• ServiceNow CSA certification (mandatory); CIS certification for relevant modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.) is a significant advantage
