Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CMDB.
  • Experience with ServiceNow API integration (REST, SOAP).
  • Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API).
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
