Develop, configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, providing technical guidance and recommendations.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, diagrams, and workflows for ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of ServiceNow solutions.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for ServiceNow applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features, capabilities, and industry trends, incorporating them into solution designs.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Work closely with other developers, architects, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or similar role, with a strong track record of successful ServiceNow implementations and/or upgrades.
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, CSM, CMDB, and other areas of the platform.
Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
Cloud computing expertise.
Strong software engineering knowledge

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
