· 10+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
· Strong expertise in CSM and ITSM modules.

· Proficient in UI Builder.
· Proficient in ServiceNow scripting, UI customization, and application development.
· Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and Asset Management.
· Experience with App Engine Studio and Flow Designer.
· Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Java-based backend
development.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Certifications:
· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
· ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
