Description

  • Develop extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow products – CSM, ITSM with integration experience
  • Experience in UI builder and playbook will be added advantage
  • Take ownership of the ServiceNow projects delivery – scoping, design and implementation
  • Effectively communicate and manage the project stakeholders
  • Facilitate regular retrospectives with the project team

Qualifications:

  • Years needed: 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
  • Strong business communication skills
  • Excellent command of English is a must
  • Good balance between technical knowledge and business acumen
  • Stakeholder analysis and management skills
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in the IT field or relevant work experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in ServiceNow development
  • Must have hands on standard CSM process implementation
  • ServiceNow in depth Process knowledge (CSM Process, integrations etc.)
  • Experience in ServiceNow Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc....)
  • Good understanding on Proactive customer service operations, Predictive Intelligence, PA, VA & Continual Improvement Management
  • PA, VA & Continual Improvement Management
  • Experience in UI builder and playbook will be an added advantage
