Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and custom workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Customize the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business and operational needs.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Provide technical support, documentation, and training to end-users to maximize platform adoption.
  • Work in afternoon shifts from 1 PM to 10 PM to support business operations.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements to recommend improvements.

Experience Requirement:

  • 5 - 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
  • Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow modules, workflows, and custom application development.
  • Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise applications and third-party tools.
  • Proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving ServiceNow platform issues.
  • Exposure to CSM (Customer Service Management) is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their application in ServiceNow.
  • Experience working in hybrid work models and collaborating with distributed teams.

Education: Any Post Graduation, Any Graduation
