Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Implement ServiceNow ITSM modules as a technical resource, ensuring effective deployment and functionality.
  • Design, develop, and implement new applications on the ServiceNow platform, tailored to meet business needs.
  • Analyze functional requirement specifications and propose technical feasibility and solutions.
  • Mentor field resources in implementation methodology and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
  • Manage platform upgrades and maintenance, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues collaboratively with various teams.
  • Engage in proactive management of repetitive incidents and major incidents within ServiceNow.
  • Work closely with Service Owners, IT, and Operations teams to provide technical solutions and assist with challenges.

Experience Requirement:

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
  • Experience in creating custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Expertise in scripting languages such as JavaScript and ServiceNow-specific scripting.
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and core concepts.
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades, patch management, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs for integrations with third-party applications.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices in a ServiceNow environment.
