Description


  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions based on business requirements.
  • Customize ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, Service Catalog, etc.
  • Develop and maintain Workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
  • Work with REST/SOAP APIs for integrations with third-party systems.
  • Develop and maintain custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Create and maintain Service Portal widgets and pages.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and release activities.
  • Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance of existing ServiceNow modules and features.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4–5 years of hands-on development experience with ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
  • Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, and client/server-side scripting in ServiceNow.
  • Experience with ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Incident Management modules.
  • Knowledge of Service Portal development and custom widget creation.
  • Experience in ServiceNow integrations using web services (REST/SOAP).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Good understanding of best practices in ServiceNow configuration and development.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
  • Additional certifications like ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or ITSM Implementation Specialist are a plus.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps modules.
  • Experience with Performance Analytics or Reporting in ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in ServiceNow.
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
