- 1-4 years of experience in IT, IT Security, Security, Technical helpdesk, Security Operations are preferred
- University Degree. MBA, CISSP, CISM, GCHI, CEH, CCNA, or GIAC are preferred.
- Understanding of Web Access Firewalls (WAF) will be preferable
- Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to interact directly with individuals that do not have an IT background.
- Intermediate knowledge of endpoint and network security concepts and tools preferred.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow.
- Experience with event monitoring and security reporting.
- Ability to exercise sound technical, interpersonal, and organizational judgment while evaluating and solving complex problems.
- Attention to detail.

Day-to-day activities involve:
- Manage the application and troubleshoot any issues
- 5+years of experience in SNOW
- Mandate experience with SIR
- Create categories/sub-categories/fields when requested
- Create inbound email rules when tickets need to be created for emails
- Update our table for pre-prod and prod alerts for various alert types
- Any other customizations or requests from analysts
- Simplify the table structure in ServiceNow SIR
- Our current table was not designed for such expansion. We have 300+ fields created that has slowed down our application, and sub-tables would need to be created so that future updates can be managed efficiently
- Integrate SNOW with Crowdstrike (CS) via API
- CS SME will provide the key for integration
- Updates in SNOW will need to be reflected in CS
- Improve efficiency of ServiceNow
- SNOW has slowed down significantly in the past few months. We would want additional eyes to find ways to improve its efficiency
- Review various Business Rules/UI Policies
- Over time, many UI policies have been created. We would want these to be reviewed and simplified
