Description

Job Responsibilities-
 Minimum 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform, including at least 4+years in a solution architect or platform architect role.
 Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD,Security Incident Response, and others.
 Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (e.g., Business Rules, Client Scripts,UI Actions), integrations (SOAP, REST, MID Server), and ServiceNow Studio.
 Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization
 Experience with ServiceNow integration capabilities (REST/SOAP web services, MID Server, etc.).
 Experience with ITIL best practices and frameworks.
