Key Responsibilities

- Develop requirements for HR Lifecycle event & HR Transitions project

- Work on HR-related Performance Analytics Dashboards

- Follow architecture governance structures and methodologies

- Provide technical guidance, perform peer code reviews, and ensure software development best practices

- Collaborate with ServiceNow Support concerning issues and technical aspects of the ServiceNow platform


 

Required Skills

- Proven experience in understanding and capturing business requirements

- Knowledge in Performance Analytics module, especially with HR Module

- Excellent knowledge and experience developing in JavaScript and on the ServiceNow Platform

- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable target requirements


 

Certifications

- Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)

- ServiceNow Developer Certified (CAD) certification
