  • 3-4 years experienced ServiceNow developer with IRM implementation experience,
  • Shall possess ServiceNow scripting knowledge and Develop workflows and configurations
  • Should have done API based integrations with ServiceNow.
  • Must have experience in Service Portal & Widget Development.
  • Should be able to manage the customer and collaborate seamlessly with customer stakeholders
  • To implement and configure ServiceNow IRM modules according to best practices.
  • Conduct requirements workshops and sessions with stakeholders
  • Should be able to Test and troubleshoot functionality to ensure stability and performance.
  • Should be able to Provide post-implementation support and training to users
