Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, including scripting (JavaScript and Glide), workflows, and integrations
Knowledge and expert understanding of platform application models (i.e. click-to-configure, templates, data definition), specifically for ServiceNow
Required Industry certifications for ServiceNow: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
Preferred industry certifications for ServiceNow: ServiceNow Certified
Application Developer and ITL v4
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems
Engineering or another related field. Or equivalent work experience
A minimum of 4 years of high-tech industry, product engineering and/or IT work experience
