Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides development and maintenance related support for ServiceNow tool implementation and customization.
  • Expected to have knowledge and/or experience in business and technical skills related to specific module/s of ServiceNow and various scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript), plus knowledge in Service Now low code/no code called the NOW platform.
  • Designs and develops customized reports while applying code level changes in ServiceNow environment in order to develop tailored views.
  • Able to implement different ServiceNow modules and customize as needed.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • Must Have skills More than 5 yrs supporting implementation, administration, configuration, and development of ServiceNow at least 3 yrs of experience in CSM.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in scripting including JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular and experience in REST API integration is a must.
  • Solid understanding creating Business Rules, ACLs, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Catalog Forms, etc.
  • ServiceNow Service Portal Implementation and Customization; with ServiceNow CSM module, including portal customization, and knowledge management.
  • Flow Designer including creating flows for integrations.
