5+ Years of Experience (Must be ServiceNow CSM certified or Implementation Certified)
Experience implementing new modules or features, ideally CSM,OMT.
Develop and deploy custom ServiceNow applications and integrations per organization established development practices.
Design and develop applications, processes, and solutions code to support the requirements
Working under the oversight of the Innovation architect and in collaboration with all other members of the ServiceNow team.
Develop scripts, workflows and solutions using available tools and established best practices.
Understand and have experience gathering detailed solution requirements and converting those into functional solutions.
Development using the Agile methodology.
Experience in scripting to call APIs
Creates and configures Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACL’s, Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, and SLAs/OLAs/UCs.
Experience with Flow Designer and/or UI Builder
Knowledge of web-based development languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, HTTP, XML)
Experience with complex problem solving.
Strong modular code/scripting philosophy.
Experience in configuring the Service Portal chat for Virtual Agent
