The ServiceNow Architect plays a critical role in the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions within the organization.
This position requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, IT service management processes, and business requirements to architect solutions that drive efficiency, automation, and innovation.
Responsibilities:
• Design end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements and objectives.
• Develop technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and solution designs for ServiceNow implementations.
• Define and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and governance policies within the ServiceNow environment.
• Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business needs and workflows.
• Develop ServiceNow components such as workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and integrations.
• Implement and maintain ServiceNow modules including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM).
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications using APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Design and implement automated workflows and processes to streamline service delivery and improve operational efficiency.
