Job duties/accountabilities
• Experience implementing ServiceNow ITOM, with focus on Discovery and Service Mapping applications.
• Good knowledge of CMDB and its associated process, OOB class structure, CSDM process.
• Overall knowledge of ServiceNow Platform including building new applications, Integrations & enhancing existing applications.
• Work on Solution Design for new requirements\ Integrations, suggest recommendations and best practices.
• Identify any gaps in existing solutions, suggest and work on improvements.
• Guide\Mentor team members.
• Exposure of having worked in large organizations managing multiple Service Management tools. ¿ Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Certified in CIS Discovery, CIS Service Mapping, ITIL Certified
