ServiceNow Certified Developer/Lead

About the Role:

We are urgently seeking a ServiceNow Certified Developer/Lead for a remote position based in Mexico City, Mexico. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow systems, be a Certified Administrator and Developer for ServiceNow, and possess a deep understanding of all interactions within each ITSM ServiceNow module.

For a Mid-Level Resource:

General knowledge of the ITIL framework
Proficiency in:
• Asset Management
• Configuration Management
• Incident Management
• Problem Management
• IT Services
• Service Catalog Management
Familiarity with:
• Networking
• JavaScript
• Angular JS
• SQL
• Databases
• HTML & CSS

For a Senior-Level Resource:
Extensive experience in ServiceNow systems
Proficiency in:
• Scripted Web-Services
• AJAX
• Business Rules
• JavaScript
• SOAP
• REST
• SSO-SAML Setup
• Integration of ITSM to Other Applications
• ACL Debugging
Knowledge of the ITIL framework and ITIL Processes
Skills in:
• Transformation MAP
• Scheduler
• Web Service System Integration
• Networking Protocols
Familiarity with:
• JavaScript
• Angular JS
• SQL
• Databases
• HTML & CSS
