ServiceNow Business Lead

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Business Lead to act as the voice of the business for the product or capability being developed or improved. You will work closely with various teams, ensuring the business side of the product gets the attention it needs for future releases. This role requires prioritizing business needs, collaborating with technical teams, and making sure that the product delivers value to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define & Prioritize Features: Identify business needs and prioritize features that align with strategic goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work with stakeholders from various departments like HR, IT, Finance, and Procurement to ensure all business needs are considered.
• Articulate Business Requirements: Clearly communicate business requirements and user stories to the development teams.
• Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work with technical teams to confirm feasibility and help guide the design of the solution.
• Drive User Adoption & Change Management: Lead efforts in making sure the end-users adopt the product and manage the change effectively through the product lifecycle.
• Ensure Data Quality & Compliance: Oversee the quality of data, ensure processes are aligned, and that the product complies with enterprise standards.
