We are seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst with expertise in Health & Safety area to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions. While experience in the Railroad domain is a plus, it is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements for Health & Safety applications in ServiceNow.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to understand pain points and business needs.
- Process Analysis & Design:
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization using ServiceNow.
- Develop functional specifications, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
- ServiceNow Implementation & Support:
- Work closely with developers and technical teams to design and configure Health & Safety applications within ServiceNow.
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment.
- Stakeholder Communication & Training:
- Act as a bridge between business teams and IT to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Conduct training sessions and provide documentation to support end-users.
- Continuous Improvement & Compliance:
- Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices and industry trends in Health & Safety compliance.
- Ensure applications comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in ServiceNow:
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with ServiceNow applications.
- Experience with Health & Safety modules or similar applications.
- Domain Knowledge:
- Understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and compliance needs.
- Railroad industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Ability to write functional requirements, user stories, and test cases.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, or GRC is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional team
