We are seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst with expertise in Health & Safety area to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions. While experience in the Railroad domain is a plus, it is not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Requirements Gathering:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements for Health & Safety applications in ServiceNow.
    • Conduct workshops and interviews to understand pain points and business needs.
  • Process Analysis & Design:
    • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization using ServiceNow.
    • Develop functional specifications, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
  • ServiceNow Implementation & Support:
    • Work closely with developers and technical teams to design and configure Health & Safety applications within ServiceNow.
    • Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Training:
    • Act as a bridge between business teams and IT to ensure alignment of objectives.
    • Conduct training sessions and provide documentation to support end-users.
  • Continuous Improvement & Compliance:
    • Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices and industry trends in Health & Safety compliance.
    • Ensure applications comply with regulatory standards and company policies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in ServiceNow:
    • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with ServiceNow applications.
    • Experience with Health & Safety modules or similar applications.
  • Domain Knowledge:
    • Understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and compliance needs.
    • Railroad industry experience is preferred but not required.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills:
    • Ability to write functional requirements, user stories, and test cases.
    • Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, or GRC is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional team
