Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze automation and integration opportunities; design scalable solutions using Integration Hub, RPA, Flow Designer, and Virtual Agent (NLP/NLU).
- Develop and test integrations using REST, SOAP, JDBC, FTP, and other protocols.
- Leverage out-of-the-box and custom spokes to connect systems like Azure, SAP, Jira, Salesforce, etc.
- Build and optimize flows, orchestrations, and RPA bots.
- Ensure secure integration with support for OAuth 2.0, JWT, and API key-based authentication.
- Collaborate with BAs and developers to translate business needs into integration requirements.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation (HLD, LLD, TDD).
- Provide training and support for internal development teams.
- Maintain coding standards and automation best practices.
Experience Requirement:
- 10-15 years of ServiceNow platform integration experience.
- Expertise in Integration Hub, Flow Designer, Automation Engine, and scripting (JavaScript, Python, PowerShell).
- Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, Orchestrator, and Document Intelligence.
- Hands-on experience developing REST/SOAP APIs and working with JSON/XML and web services.
- Extensive integration experience with systems like Azure AD, Entra ID, Okta, Salesforce, SAP, and Workday.
- Strong understanding of API security standards including OAuth 2.0 and JWT.
- Experience in creating automation solutions that are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
