We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform and hands-on experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) to join an ongoing implementation project. This role requires someone who is technically strong, independent, and capable of owning the solution design process from end to end, while collaborating closely with internal teams and the client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate gathered user stories with the customer.
- Design detailed technical solutions for ServiceNow HAM-related stories (e.g., cloning flows, configuring variables, setting approvals).
- Create technical documentation outlining implementation steps for developers (Flow Designer, business rules, scripts, etc.).
- Collaborate with the Technical Consultant to build out the solution.
- Perform technical testing of developed features before handing off for functional testing.
- Support functional testing alongside BPCs (Business Process Consultants).
- Lead sprint demos to the client at the end of each sprint, and handle ad hoc demos as needed.
- If project timelines are tight, assist with hands-on development—especially for complex solutions.
- Fully integrate with internal teams and participate in daily stand-ups, internal reviews, and client-facing meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
- Deep understanding of platform capabilities (e.g., Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, tables).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with HAM/HAM Pro (understanding of asset lifecycle, model categories, table structures).
- Strong background in technical architecture and solution design.
- Ability to mentor and provide guidance to technical consultants.
- Experience working in agile/sprint-based environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to represent the team in client-facing roles.
