Job Title:: ServiceNow Architect/Process Consultant 

Location: San Antonio, TX/Onsite

Responsibilities:

• Aligning an organization's technology infrastructure with its business strategy
• Developing and maintaining the architecture framework that guides the development and deployment of IT systems, ensuring all components work together seamlessly
• Creating and maintaining the architecture framework that guides IT system development and deployment
• Establishing and enforcing governance policies to ensure IT projects adhere to architecture standards
• Collaborating with business leaders to develop long-term IT strategies that support business goals
• Managing relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams
• Assessing new technologies to determine their suitability for the organization
• Overseeing IT change management processes to ensure changes align with the enterprise architecture
• Developing a detailed blueprint of structures and operations and Promote team alignment and standardization
• Improving product and service delivery and enhance innovation and resilience
• Communicate regularly with Product Owner
• Understanding customer requirements, Business Value, and Cost of Collaborate with impacted Product Management to Communicate customer solution intent
• Determining customer solution forecasts
• Gain acceptance and commitment of Features assigned during PI Planning
• Understanding status of committed Features and Stories associated- Collaborate with Project Team
• Reviewing and documenting all IT and Business requirements and risks to support a solution and rollout
• Removing/escalating obstacles from team members that hinder progress
• Understanding support teams processes, SLO's and requests needed to support solutions.
