Description

Platform Architecture: Design, architect, and implement scalable, robust, and secure solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the organization's business requirements.

➢ Solution Design: Collaborate with partners to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical solutions leveraging the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.

➢ Custom Development: Lead the development and customization of ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.

➢ Integration: Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability

➢ Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.

➢ Performance Optimization: Execution on performance optimization, scalability improvements, and enhancement of the overall user experience on the ServiceNow platform

➢ Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in all aspects of ServiceNow platform implementation and usage.

➢ Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design specifications, and user guides.

➢ Conduct training sessions for partners and end-users as needed.

➢ Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends, features, and capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.

➢ Proactively seek out areas for process improvement and innovation.
 

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years' experience in ServiceNow/Enterprise architecture

• Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.

• Profound knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, including ITSM, ITAM, and CMDB modules.

• Exposure of ServiceNow modules is a plus 

• Experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services) and a good understanding of SLDC processes.

• At least two mainline valid ServiceNow Certifications
