Key Responsibilities · ITSM Module –
Architect and configure core ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Major Incident Management. –
Design and implement Problem Management workflows, including state transitions, notifications, and RCA tracking. –
Lead Change Management architecture, including CAB workflows, risk assessments, and approval processes. –
Oversee CMDB design and health, including CI classes, relationships, and ITOM Discovery integration. –
Implement Service Catalog with onboarding/offboarding workflows and dynamic assignment rules. –
Ensure Service Operations Workspace and native UI configurations are consistent and optimized.

Key Responsibilities · IGA Module –
Architect Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) workflows for automated provisioning and deprovisioning. –
Design integrations with Active Directory, M365, and disconnected systems using SCIM, LDAP, and REST APIs. –
Implement RBAC and birthright provisioning logic. –
Configure access certification, attestation policies, and audit logging mechanisms. –
Ensure compliance with governance policies, including access reviews and data retention.

Qualifications & Experience –
7+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, with 3+ years in architectural roles. –
Proven experience with CSDM v4.0, ITIL v4, and CMDB governance. –
Strong understanding of IGA frameworks and identity lifecycle. –
Experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and M365 integrations. –
Familiarity with Cherwell migration, MOVERS data exchange, and ServiceNow ATF scripting.

Certifications –
Required: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD) –
Preferred: Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, HRSD, Security Operations), Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Master Architect (CMA) –
Desirable: Certifications in IAM/IGA platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt), CISSP, CISM
