·        8+ years in IT, 5+ years in ServiceNow development & architecture
·        Strong in ITSM, CSM, ServiceNow Portal, and workflow automation
·        Experience in REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, JSON, PowerShell
·        Hands-on with JavaScript, AngularJS, widgets, script includes, client scripts
·        Design and implement complex ServiceNow integrations
·        Lead design reviews and propose architectural improvements
·        Implement DevOps and follow Agile methodology
