Key Responsibilities:
Design and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITOM and CMDB
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive implementation and optimization
Provide technical leadership and perform hands-on development/configuration as required
Ensure data integrity, system integration, and performance

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with specialization in ITOM and CMDB
Strong hands-on skills and willingness to work in both strategic and technical capacities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Must be local to Philadelphia or the Tri-State area
