Minimum 10+ yrs years expertise. Development expertise in ITSM, and participation in integration and migrations projects.

•   Experience with ServiceNow issues analysis and fixing for ITSM modules.

•   Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, customization, upgrade, and patching.

•  Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow engineers, providing guidance, technical expertise, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM, Integrations, CMDB, Custom Application, Reporting and ServiceNow DevOps Modules
Strong experience in ServiceNow customization using UI Policies, Business Rules, Client scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, Flow designer, Integration Hub, Workflows.
Experience in Service Portal
Hands-on Experience in DevOps config, ServiceNow Change velocity (DevOps), Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps and GitHub, CI/CD pipelines.
Good understanding of how the DevOps change velocity collects data from DevOps tools like planning, coding, testing and orchestration tool chain to provide visibility across the entire software delivery life cycle.
Good knowledge on create change request automatically from CI/CD pipelines and approve the change requests automatically based on change policies.
Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with ServiceNow Integration with third party tools (REST).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong technical and platform knowledge with hands-on experience in root cause analysis and troubleshooting application issues.
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, Implementation Specialist).
