ServiceNow Architect

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid ServiceNow Architect role, located in Hyderabad, which offers flexibility for some remote work. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will play a key role where you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing technical solutions, and overseeing the development and implementation of ServiceNow applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions with the focus on delivering a positive experience for end-users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions and architecture, preferably with 7+ years of experience working in ServiceNow
• Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, HR, CSM, and SAM
• Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, including best practices for design, development, and deployment
• Strong experience in JavaScript, AngularJS, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS
• Experience with API integration, third-party application integration, and Web Services such as REST and SOAP
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills with a hands-on attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
• ServiceNow Administrator, ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow Developer, and Implementation Specialist certifications are a plus
• 7+ yrs experience with ServiceNow in ITSM / Integrations/ ITAM / ITOM.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Flow Designer Micro Certification
• Designed, developed, and implemented several integrations (OOB and custom using REST)
• Supported Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management implementations.
