Description

· Leading the design, development and implementation of end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD solutions

· Design, development & implementation, Customization and Maintenance of HRSD Modules such as HR Service Configuration, HR Criteria, Catalog Item, Security Configurations, Assignment Rules, country-based notifications etc.

· Developing custom applications, workflows, UI policies, Business Rules, and UI Builder interfaces within ServiceNow.

· Provide solution guidance and facilitate discovery, design, and implementation sessions.

· Diagnose and resolve complex platform issues, ensuring optimal performance.

· Prepare technical specifications, design documents, and configuration guides.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to event ingestion and alert generation.

· Provide knowledge transfer and training to client internal teams.


Required Skills and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect

· Deep knowledge of HR processes, case management, and knowledge management within ServiceNow.

· ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect

· ServiceNow Certified Application Developer

· ServiceNow Human Resources Certified Implementation Specialist

· ITIL 4 Foundations

· Proficiency in ServiceNow customization, configuration, and scripting (JavaScript).

· Experience with REST/SOAP, Glide API integrations and Flow Designer within ServiceNow.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

· Familiarity with CMDB configuration and data management.

· Knowledge of ServiceNow performance tuning and optimization practices.

· External Client consulting experience highly preferred

· Experience working in an Agile development environment is strongly preferred
