ServiceNow Architect

Job Description:-

Key Responsibilities:

Define and lead the architectural strategy and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom applications.

Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, JDBC, and MID Servers.

Lead the development team in implementing technical designs, ensuring adherence to architectural and coding standards.

Provide guidance on performance tuning, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow implementations.

Ensure platform security, access controls, and data integrity in line with enterprise policies.

Manage and enforce ServiceNow development lifecycle and governance processes (SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD).

Evaluate and implement new ServiceNow modules and upgrades.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development and architecture.

Strong hands-on expertise in core ServiceNow modules such as:

ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)

ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, CMDB)

HRSD, SecOps, or CSM (preferred)

Proficiency in scripting languages used within ServiceNow (JavaScript, Glide).

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integrations and APIs (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub).

Deep understanding of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, flow designer, ACLs, and UI policies.

Experience with ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development.

Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies, CI/CD, and version control (e.g., Git).
