ServiceNow Architect

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with 8+ years in IT service management, specializing in ServiceNow solutions. You will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow platforms, focusing on integrating systems, optimizing workflows, and ensuring platform alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement ServiceNow solutions across various modules (ITSM, ITOM, Service Catalog, etc.)
Lead integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and Integration Hub.
Develop and automate workflows using Flow Designer.
Mentor teams and drive project success, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
Continuously assess and improve ServiceNow platform performance and functionality.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years in ITSM, with 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture.
Expertise in ServiceNow modules, scripting, integrations, and ITIL best practices.
Strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a distributed environment.
Preferred:
ServiceNow certifications, Agile exposure, and experience with cloud-based service management
